Cephas Offices

This growing property management company needed more office space. They expanded into the adjoining first floor offices, which were previously owned by lawyers and needed a major overhaul. The brief was to open the Entry/Hallway up at the top of the stairs, to modernise the Reception and create a modern corporate office space. They required a “clean, crisp and bright” appearance to make a statement to visiting clients. The public and work areas had to be kept separate, but in the work area close relationship between managers and staff was important.

Accessibility to the Reception has been adjusted to provide a natural greeting for clients. The office space has been further enlivened with splashes of corporate blue. Privacy has been enhanced by using timber slats and frosted glass. Also, the acoustics have been improved in the meeting rooms by installing slotted plywood and hanging light panels.
