The ANGLIA is a 3 bedroom home with a welcoming front entrance and an encompassing room layout designed to take full advantage of the sun and outdoor living court. The lounge can be either closed off or left open plan to the spacious dining / family room. This plan also has a dual access ensuite bathroom. The Anglia  looks good with a steeper pitch roof incorporating an angled gable end entrance feature (photo above), but can also work well with a lower pitched roof as in the drawing below.
