Regency Homes is a range of standardised house plans which were carefully designed for those wanting a lower cost quality home design service. The same care and attention that produces our custom designs goes into preparing the Regency plans.

The Classic Range of Regency Homes feature conventional construction single story medium priced homes for typical flat sites in a choice of building materials and with concrete slab floors as standard.

The Contemporary Range of Regency Homes feature modern “architectural” styling single storey medium priced homes for typical flat sites all clad in plaster type claddings, a choice of roof materials and with concrete slab floors as standard.

Cottage

The Cottage Range of Regency Homes feature traditional styling medium priced homes for typical flat or gently sloping sites. Claddings include weatherboard or panel type claddings with some suiting brick veneer. A choice of roof materials and timber framed floors as standard.
