The Owners have lived in this house for many years and it needed a major “makeover” inside and out. The “main entry” was through the kitchen, the chip on the tile roof was coming off and the Hardiplank needed replacing.

Their requests were simple: a “Formal Entry” that is light and airy, Attached double garage, Keep the Family Dining Kitchen as an open plan area with plenty of indoor outdoor flow, All new external cladding and Double Glazed Aluminium windows throughout.

A sweeping driveway brings you to the new front entry canopy and then into a double height Entry with high windows to the west. From there you can enter the formal Lounge, Family/Kitchen/Dining, the Office or follow the hall to the Bedrooms.

A new “morning deck” has been created on the eastern side and the “afternoon deck” is extended with a pergola over and access to the spa. Having the decks split also means that there is protection from the southerly wind.
