“When I purchased the property at 837 Kenepuru Road in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand, it was a pristine 1.5 hectares of untouched land. My vision was to transform this space into a lush, jungle-like retreat, intensifying the native bush with subtropical plantings to create a true getaway.
