This home has been designed in a new style emulating the delightful Californian Bungalow popular throughout New Zealand in the early 20th century

The McGregor was designed for a difficult site having a picturesque outlook over a reserve and pond to the south of the site. The floor plan design responds to this view while maximising other views and available sunshine while maintaining excellent street appeal and privacy.
