After carefully surveying your site for topography and assessing available access, sunlight and views, I sit down with you and talk HOME DESIGN.
Listening carefully to a description of your ideal home and working through a detailed questionnaire usually lets me get a "feel" for your particular tastes and requirements. Then by sifting and selecting priorities I strike a balance between your budget and your "brief" to produce the optimum design solution for you and your site.

Amendments can be easily accommodated after your appraisal then when all is confirmed I complete the final working drawings and specifications.
If required I can also administer the building contract for you and/or provide site observation.
