The Contemporary Range of Regency Homes feature modern "architectural" styling single storey medium priced homes for typical flat sites all clad in plaster type claddings, a choice of roof materials and with concrete slab floors as standard.

A delightful three bedroom medium sized home suiting sections with a south to west proximity to the street, this design has excellent street appeal; with its striking "architecturally styled" roof lines complete with pergola and chimney feature.
Although relatively simple in design the Saxton fulfils all modern living requirements and with style.

The kitchen commands extensive views of the street and has easy access from the garage and entry. Living and dining rooms are open plan to each other while maintaining good definition.

The dining/lounge area has a dedicated alcove for a dresser unit or similar as well as full height glazing to help blur the definition between indoors and outdoors.
The separate bedroom wing offers privacy from the street while the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and dual access ensuite bathroom.
