The Classic Range of Regency Homes feature conventional construction single storey medium priced homes for typical flat sites in a choice of building materials and with concrete slab floors as standard. (available with 25º & 30º roofs)

The Salisbury is a spacious 3 bedroom home with many features and suits medium sections with preferably a wide street frontage.

The kitchen is separated from the lounge and dining room but has a commanding view of the street and front yard.

The generous dining room is more like a second lounge and features access to an outdoor terrace area.

The Salisbury is actually a mirror image of the Tennyson for use on the opposite side of the street and with the kitchen and bedroom 3 swapped to take best advantage of morning sun. salisburydrawing.jpg (19534 bytes)

Another option with this plan, is to swap the lounge and dining room functions, at the same time allowing the kitchen to be open plan to the repositioned dining room.
