The KINGSFORD is a good sized 3 bedroom home (see also 4BR version below) offering an attractive appearance and all the conveniences of modern living.
Suiting a medium sized section to the north / east of the street, the defining concept in designing this floor plan was to give convenient direct access to living areas from both the front entrance and garage, while maintaining excellent outlook and sun to all rooms except service rooms.

This feature is often difficult to achieve in houses built on this side of the street where entrances and living areas are usually at remote ends of the house. This house has never been built but has had building consent approval on two occations.
