Regency Homes is the name we give to our range of standardised house plans which were carefully designed for those wanting a lower cost quality home design service. The same care and attention that produces our custom designs goes into preparing the Regency plans.

What You Get

Full working drawings and specifications are provided for all designs, and if you like, we can help you choose the best plan for your site. Just send us a copy of your section plan and a list of your requirements, we will evaluate the criteria and suggest a selection of designs in order of suitability.

Click on the sample plans button on your left for a graphical view of all documents provided.Your plans will include a full colour perspective rendering of the home.

What it Costs

Fee's to prepare a set of Building Consent drawings are:
Classic range: from $2,500.00* +GST
Contemporary range: from $3,500.00* +GST
Cottage range (1 storey): from $3,200.00* +GST
Cottage range (2 storey): from $4,000.00* +GST

A firm quote will be given once the plan is chosen and site conditions are known.

Documents are charged as an extra, the amount depends on the quantity supplied.

Alterations to designs are possible and may be desirable, again we will help you decide the extent of alterations if required. The costs for alterations will be charged at our current hourly rate. We will provide you with a final quote once we know the extent of your changes.

Guarantees & Limitations

A Building Consent is guaranteed in so far as preparation of the working drawings and specifications are concerned.

This Regency Homes plan service is limited to preparing drawings for flat or near flat sites. If your section is sloping you may need to engage an engineer or other professional in your area to design specific foundations, we will discuss this with you.
