The Contemporary Range of Regency Homes feature modern "architectural" styling single storey medium priced homes for typical flat sites all clad in plaster type claddings, a choice of roof materials and with concrete slab floors as standard.

A compact 2 bedroom Townhouse providing something a little different. The Main Living area is open plan, combining living and Dining areas, with the kitchen located within an alcove, maintaining visual seperation from the main sitting area. Winter heating is provided by a wood burner, located for easy wet-back connection to the hot water sytem. perspective

Access is provided from the Living Area out to a Terrace that remains both sunny and private.
The 2 double Bedrooms are accessed off the separate Hall, which doubles as Laundry space and internal access to the garage. The ample single Garage has the added feature of a rear garage door to give access to the service court behind, allowing secure parking for boats or trailors.

The Modified Everett was designed to achieve access directly from a street to the south of the house rather than to the east as is the case with the standard version. Again designed for small sites, some adjustment to the layout was required to accomodate the rotated garage.
