The COBHAM is a popular 3 bedroom house design featuring a spacious open plan style with all the main living rooms arranged across the sunny side of the house.
A spacious Master Bedroom is situated next to a large dual access ensuite bathroom, which contains a second toilet, thus providing ensuite facilities in a practical and economic way.

This contemporary version has the Front Porch area enhanced by a pergola structure which extends across the Garage door and may simply be used with a climbing vine, or roofed over with transparent sheeting for extra weather protection.

This design, at 149 sq. m, is suited to sections with generally a south or west proximity to the street. It is usually placed with the Garage end closest to the road which allows for on site vehicle turning, but will also work on wide frontage sections with access straight into the garage.
