The defining feature of this home, is the way in which the Kitchen, Dining / Family room and Lounge are designed to enclose a private and sunny outdoor Patio. A gable roof feature arranged at an angle gives added finish here.
 
These three main living rooms can be left open plan, with a low partition wall behind the heater, or the Lounge can be closed off with a pair of glazed doors.

The Master Bedroom has ensuite facilities via the dual access bathroom. Finally a generous Laundry allows space for a deep freeze.
