The defining feature of this design was the creation of interior living spaces which were connected and allowed aspects both north for the sun and south for the view of the estuary. The pitched half gable roof feature is repeated but mirrored on the south side of the house and follows the interior connected flow of rooms.

Light from the gable windows plays on the pitched ceilings in the dining/family room which are lined with Lawsons Cypress timber.

View from Family room through to Lounge and panoramic view to the south.
