The Cliffs, Nelson - Designed by David Todd
Situated in Nelson's prestige "The Cliffs" subdivision overlooking the Harbour entrance and Tasman Bay, this executive home has a striking appearance with its clean white lines and classical columns. A height restriction kept the roof lines low while the owner's requirement for uninterupted views resulted in extensive use of glass with opening windows placed near the ceiling to minimise view obstruction.
