Austin Ward Heights, Nelson - Designed by David Todd
A height restriction on this property was the main factor in deciding to create a flat roof styled house so that the main living areas would be high enough to maximise the expansive views. Flat roofs suggested the parapet features, repeated with the deck balustrades and this naturally led to the monlithic plaster cladding. An impressive example of this building type and admired by many.
