All David Todd Ltd designs are now done using special 3D computer software which "builds" a virtual model of the house and can then be viewed in full colour from any perspective both inside or out.

The images on this page are produced using this software (ArchiCAD) and are actual client house designs. Note that even indicative backgrounds of the actual site are used in the images produced.

This realistic impression means that details and styling can be appreciated easily and, if need be, changed to the clients liking before final working drawings are prepared.

If you have a particular material, which you want to use for the roof or walls, David Todd Ltd will scan a coloured photo of this and apply it as a texture to the surfaces of the model. Your choice of colours for any item can be included.

You can even have created a "fly by / through" movie which you can play on your home VCR! (optional)

When everything is set the computer model is then modified to produce detailed working drawings which will be used by the builder to construct the house.
